Matthysse, #5 WBC, #6 WBO, #11 IBF, must win his next fight on February 10th against Silverio Ortiz to move forward to the possible Sotto fight. For his part, Soto, #2 WBC, #3 WBA, hasn’t lost a fight since 2008 when he was beaten by Francisco Lorenzo by a 4th round disqualification.
