Juan Manuel Marquez (54-6-1, 39 KO’s) and Manny Pacquiao (54-4-2, 38 KOs) have fought three epic battles of which all three have ended in controversy in the last 8 years. Let’s not forget that Pacman has two decisions in his favor during that time. Their fights have always been Pacman the aggressor with his hard hitting fast combinations, and Marquez with superb counter punching and incredible timing.

Marquez’s fighting style negates Pacquiao’s aggression because his style presents a lot of chances for Marquez to score more accurately than Pacman. This is why in my opinion Marquez has out-boxed the Pacman, and definitely deserved to win their last fight in November of last year in Las Vegas, Nevada.
