Henry, Ryan Garcia, confirmed that Kingry is okay and was just trolling with his cryptic social media post earlier today.

It could be difficult now for Ryan to face his fans and admit that he was just pulling their chain with his social media post.

Cryptic Post Caused Alarm

Henry’s post will relieve fans after Ryan’s post went viral on social media earlier today due to its cryptic nature. Fans wondered whether the 25-year-old Ryan was in danger or having a mental health meltdown.

It’s unknown what type of reaction Ryan had expected to receive when he posted the message. Perhaps he wanted to drum up support for his April 20th fight against Devin Haney on DAZN PPV.

Ryan shouldering most of the responsibility of marketing that fight due to Devin lacking the communication skills and charisma to help out. It’s all Ryan and Bill Haney doing the hard work,

The post that the superstar Ryan (24-1, 20 KOs) put up on X and Instagram had fans worried, believing that he was dead or kidnapped by intruders in his house. It’s good to know that Ryan is fine, as there was a lot of concern that he may have been harmed or had some kind of issue.

“Yes, Ryan is ok. He was just trolling the wrong way,” said Henry Garcia on Instagram, confirming that his son is fine.

Fan Backlash

The reaction from fans in learning that Ryan was just pulling a prank has mostly anger, with many of them feeling tricked, and not being pleased with their emotions being toyed with.

Hopefully, Ryan doesn’t continue to go down this path to get fans excited about his fight with Haney, given that it will likely have an opposite reaction.

Of course, if Ryan’s objective is to become the villain of the promotion, this would be the right path. If he does stuff to turn the boxing public against him, it’ll cause some fans to want to order the fight on PPV just to see him lose to Haney.

People on social media had already been talking about Arnold Barboza Jr. stepping in to replace Ryan as the challenger for WBC light welterweight champion Devin Haney for the April 20th card on DAZN PPV at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Barboza Jr. is on standby as the potential substitute if Ryan has a problem
