Dereck Chisora says Tyson Fury was a “CHEATING b*****”

By Charles Brun: Journeyman Dereck Chisora is still bitter about being fouled by Tyson Fury in their two fights he lost badly. Chisora (32-11, 23 KOs) says back when he fought Fury, he was a “b****,” but now he likes him.

Chisora, 37, needs to stay focused on his fight this Saturday night on December 18th, against former WBO heavyweight champion Joseph Parker at the Manchester Arena in Manchester, England.

If Chisora loses the rematch, his career, such as it is, will pretty much be over unless Hearn wants to keep trotting him out to entertain the casuals. Parker beat Chisora last May by a 12 round split decision in a painfully dull fight between two fighters that looked washed.

Chisora is a little late in complaining about Fury

Why is Chisora bellyaching about Fury’s fouling now, years after their two fights? The time for Chisora to make a big production about Fury’s cheating was back in 2011 and 2014 when he fought him, not now. Who cares?

Fury is at the top of the division, and it’s pretty clear that he sometimes bends the rules. Chisora is shot to pieces and is getting fights based on his accomplishments from years and years ago.

If Chisora were to ask Deontay Wilder about his view of Fury’s fouling, he might hear him say less than kind things. Fury was throwing rabbit punches galore in his last two fights with Wilder and got away with it due to lax referees.

Fury defeated Chisora by a one-sided 12 round unanimous decision in 2011 and then stopped him in the 10th round in their needless rematch in 2014.

It’s unclear why Fury bothered to fight Chisora again after the way he dominated them in the first fight.

You can argue it was one of the most pointless rematches that you’ll ever see, similar to the George Foreman vs. Joe Frazier rematch.

A young Foreman blasted Frazier out in two rounds in their first fight in January 1973, knocking him down six times in the contest. Three years later, Foreman fought Frazier again, stopping him in the fifth round after knocking him down twice.

Fury beat Chisora just as convincingly as Foreman did Chisora, but yeah, he did some illegal stuff with the backhands, rabbit punching, and frequent headlock.

Chisora is a little late in complaining about Fury

“The Tyson I boxed at that time was a cheating b****, basically. I call him a b*** for that time, but the Tyson now he’s a cool guy. I like him,” said Dereck Chisora to DAZN.

“Maybe just because he’s a billionaire — he’s a millionaire now.

The old broke Tyson is a bastard. He’s a cheating b***. But that’s between me and him, anyway. He knows what he did, and I don’t like it.,” said Chisora.

Well, if Chisora wants a trilogy match with Fury, he might need to tone down his criticism and start fawning about how great he is. There’s absolutely NO reason for Fury to fight the over-the-hill Chisora again because it’s not as if their two fights were controversial. Moreover, the boxing public doesn’t want to watch Fury beat up on an old journeyman like Chisora.

Fury wants to fight a sublevel heavyweight; he needs to face guys that have a slight chance of beating him. Chisora has no chance, as we’ve seen.

Dereck wants a trilogy match with Fury

Yeah, I’ll have another one with Tyson and another one with Dillian [Whyte],” Chisora said when told that Fury said he wants to give him a trilogy match. “I’ll definitely have a second one with David [Haye].

“When it’s all said and done, we can all sit down, Dillian, Tyson, AJ, everybody in the same room and break bread together,” said Chisora.

It sounds like Chisora is seriously dreaming. He’s NOT going to get a third fight with Fury, Dillian Whyte, or a rematch with David Haye, especially if he loses his rematch with Joseph Parker this Saturday.

Chisora thinks he deserved a win over Vitali Klitschko

“I won the fight, but they gave it to him because I slapped him,” said Chisora about his title fight against Vitali Klitschko in February 2012.

“Do you know how much that slap cost me? It cost me a hundred grand,” Chisora said him slapping Vitali during the face-off at the weigh-in the day before their fight, which he lost by a lopsided 12 round unanimous decision.

Charles Brun just rewatched the Vitali Klitschko vs. Chisora fight, and I must say there’s NO way Dereck deserves a victory in that fight.

Even with Vitali injuring his previously surgically operated left shoulder in the second, he turned southpaw and dominated Chisora using his right hand the rest of the way.

You got to commend Klitschko for fighting southpaw at times and using just one arm for the last ten rounds of the Chisora fight. Many fighters could make that adjustment and win in a one-sided manner the way Vitali did, but he showed how talented he was.
