Image: Buboy wants to make sure Marquez doesn't step on Pacquiao's feetBy Chris Williams: Buboy Fernandez, one of Manny Pacquiao’s helpers, is reportedly worried about Juan Manuel Marquez possibly stepping on Pacquiao’s feet in their fourth fight coming up on December 8th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. Marquez, 39, accidentally got his feet tangled with Pacquiao a small amount of times during their fight last December, and this was one of the reasons why some of Pacquiao’s fans think he fought so poorly in that fight.

Buboy said to the Manila Bulletin “I am looking at the way Marquez was stepping on Manny’s fought. He did it on purpose although it is part of the game so we will try to avoid this in the fourth fight.”

How in the world is Pacquiao going to be to avoid getting his feet accidentally stepped on by Marquez? Is Buboy serious? If Pacquiao stares at his own feet all night long to avoid Marquez occasionally stepping on them, then Pacquiao is going to get knocked out. There is no way of avoiding getting your feet stepped on when it’s in the heat of the battle. The only way Pacquiao can avoid that happening is if he moves around all night long and leans forward to throw his shots while keeping his feet close together. If Pacquiao does he’s get knocked down.

I hope for Pacquiao’s sake he’s not listening to the stuff that Buboy is telling him because he’ll end up screwing himself all up if he focuses his game plan around not getting his feet stepped on. I thought only the Pacquiao conspiracy theorists were worried about his feet having been stepped on by Marquez, but now he’s got his close helper Buboy putting his brain power behind trying to solve it. I can’t to see what special technique Buboy will come up with to keep Pacquiao’s feet from getting stepped on. Instead of wasting his time on this garbage, Buboy should be trying to come up with some ideas to help block some punches and to learn cut off a ring for a change.
