By Chris Williams: Timothy Bradley (28-0, 12 KO’s) showed some fire last night on HBO’s Pacquiao-Bradley 24/7 episode 2nd when the camera was on him and he was talking about his June 9th fight against Manny Pacquiao.
Bradley came alive at one point, saying “I’m the best. You’ve [Pacquiao] got to prove you’re better than me. Prove that you’re better than me. We’re going to see on June 9th who the best in the world is. You better be ready, boy.”
I want to see Pacquiao try and prove he’s better than Bradley, because I can see Pacquiao’s leg cramps already getting ready to flare up on him come June 9th.
That was kind of interesting. I just wish HBO would have edited out a lot of the footage of Bradley and his family. I don’t mind seeing a little of his family, but they included significant portions of him with his family and talking about them. I don’t think that’s smart because it was boring to watch. In this day and age with competition between a ton of TV channels, HBO can’t be wasting video on boring stuff. Someone needs to edit it and keep it interesting for the average fan. It’s got to be excitement the entire time and the two Pacquiao/Bradley 24/7 episodes have registered a 1 on a 10 scale with me. If I didn’t have to watch it, I would have turned the channel as soon as they started showing Bradley with his family and Pacquiao talking religion. The fans that are watching these episodes are watching them too see training for combat in the ring, not wanting to see the other non essential stuff.
