Vitli’s opponent Dereck Chisora weighed in at a light 241lbs.

Chisora appears to be in the best shape he’s been in for quite some time and he should make this an interesting fight if he’ able to establish an inside position against the taller 6’7” Vitali.

Chisora, 28, created a bit of disturbance during the weigh-in when he chose to give Vitali a slap to the face with a right hand when the two were face-to-face with their heads pressing against each other. The move angered Vitali, who said according to the telegraph “You are f****ed now, Chisora. You are really f***ed.”

Chisora, smiling from ear to ear, answered back “Where’s my driver? Get me the f*** out of here.”

It looks like Chisora was on a mission and he seems to have gotten the reaction that he wanted to get out of Vitali and the shocked angry crowd. Chisora turned himself into the bad guy, the villain with that move and his exit seemed almost theatrical.

Chisora is going to have a lot of problems with Vitali’s size tomorrow night. Although the two of them weigh essentially the same, Vitali is so much taller and knows how to utilize his height and reach to maximum benefit. He also hits harder than Chisora and is able to throw with a lot of power without having to load up. He’s just naturally very strong. Chisora can punch as well, but only when he really loads up with his shots. However, he tends to telegraph his shots when he puts force behind them and it’s going to be difficult for him to land a lot of those kinds of shots due to Vitali’s style of leaning backwards when he fights. Vitali’s body will be there for Chisora, but it’s doubtful that Chisora will throw much to the body because it will leave him open for head shots.
