This is the last and worst performance from Mosley in the last couple of years. If Shane decides to continue fighting he will be able to defeat C level fighters but he will be embarrassed once more time if he dares to challenge any of the welter or super welterweight top fighters.

Shane was simply too old to deal with Manny Pacquiao, long ago he was able to trade with better skilled, faster, bigger and stronger opponents such as Vernon Forrest, Ronald Wright or Oscar De la Hoya, but now he looked like he was just trying to finish the fight on his feet. When he fought Mayweather he was able to connect a couple shots at Floyd but it was all he did in that fight.

No need to say that tonight fight was not as exciting as it should had been, and the audience booed in a couple of rounds. The fight between Wilfredo Vazquez Jr and challenger Jorge Arce was a tremendous fight that ended in a upset that might be the upset of the year so far, after watch that fight the audience wanted to see another great fight but it ended in disappointment for most fans. Even the slow flat footed Margarito was able to connect with Pacman several times and Shane was not.

It is time to call the day off for Shane Mosley he was a great boxer but now he is just a step stone to the new comers.

If Mosley had showed just a bit of Arce´s bravery then he might have save his honor. The brave Arce, a much more less skilled than Mosley proved to be a warrior and defeated the highly favored Vazquez Jr by showing a heart bigger than his chest; meanwhile Mosley showed that he is simply finished as an elite fighter.
