Much has been written about the speed of Manny Pacquiao, sportswriters, boxers, and fight watchers state that he has the speed. Freddie Roach, Pacquiao and their group always say that they have the speed, but where did they get their speed, they refuse to say. They are trying to portray as if it is something that they are only able to attain and other people cannot attain it.

The speed that they are talking are the result of implementing the training regimen taken from techniques developed by the US national academy for sports sciences . Parts of the technique that they are using are also being used by other field of sports in the US.

Field of sport such as professional baseball, football and others employ these methods. In is in the field of boxing that they are not able to get people into doing it.

In other sports, the players are deliberately put under an assortment of regimen to improve their physical movements. Parts of the things they do are different forms of stretching, running, and agility exercises uncommon to the field of boxing. These techniques has been developed primarily to train US athletes and not to defeat them.

Instead of roach using these techniques to develop US fighters , he chose to use it on Pacquiao. Since he is using it on Pacquiao, other fighters may also do the same thing .

Any opponent of Pacquiao, including Marquez, Cotto, Clottey. Margarito and Mayweather can defeat Pacquiao by simply applying the procedures. The above mentioned fighters are already used to the basic fight procedures. If their skills are compared to Pacquiao, there would be some disparity, but overall they would be in an equal level.

The improvement that can be obtained from the training methods can only be attained by any skilled fighter only if they decide to test the procedures.

So if Roach tested combining the old method and new method and it worked , why don’t the other fighters do it as well? Khan is already undergoing the same procedure, and he is under the management of De La Hoya.

During the sparring between khan and Paquiao for the Margarito fight, Roach says Amir Khan was able to make a lot of hits on Pacquiao. So that proves the statement that any current skilled fighter that has the intention to fight Pacquiao just has to undergo the same procedure, which is the combination of the old procedure and the new procedure, and any one of them can beat Pacquiao.

Why allow Pacquiao to have all the win when the thing that the other fighter needs to go through is just add a number of exercises to get them into equal standing.
