Image: March/April upcoming fights and odds: Pacquiao-Clottey, Froch-Kessler, Abraham-DirrellBy Richie Doyle: So now we finally here after months of lacklustre fights and no huge bouts we get two good months for the loyal boxing fans and gamblers looking to place a few wagers in the upcoming months so here are my best odds and tips.

Pacquiao vs Clottey: Look for this to be tough for pacquiao bet straight forward, attack from the off (like against cotto) and press a beat down towards the end of the fight but saying this I expect Clottey to reach the final bell as he’s never been KOd and has fought big punches in the past (Margarito) so at 13/8 Pacquiao by points or decision seems a good bet.

Klitschko vs Chambers: Like Clottey I feel chambers will go the distance with Klitschko but ultimately he will be beaten in a probably boring fight that will see klitschko over use his jab and chambers not being able to do anything about it so at 7/5 Klitschko looks a solid bet to win by points or decision.

Abraham vs Dirrell: I have only seen Dirrell fighting Froch last time out and he didn’t show much to encourage a win against Abreham but he did show good defensive skills so I’m expecting Abreham to win by points on the sole purpose that I feel he will be the aggressor. You can get Abraham to win by points or decision at 6/4 which I feel is a fair bet.

Haye vs Ruiz: At first I was going to put this down as points victory for Haye but I’m now feeling that with the age of Ruiz and the fact that he struggles with the lighter heavyweights (Roy Jones, Toney) that he will ultimately get caught too often so a late stoppage in rounds 10-12 at 9/1 is very appealing and a KO victory at even money for haye is a worthwhile bet.

Hopkins vs Jones Jr: Now on to a fight that although people keep knocking it I feel will be a good fight and I have to go with good old Roy Jones jr I feel even though he has a more then suspect chin I don’t think Hopkins has the power to knock him out and I feel that Jones will counter punch Hopkins in the early rounds and excel l to victory in the late rounds so get on Roy at 7/2.

Kessler vs Froch: This is an intriguing fight between two fighters I don’t like watching at all but out of the two Kessler seems to be the more over rated and I feel that a boring fight will be won by froch with a points decision at 4/1 but this could potentially have an undetermined outcome so a draw at 25/1 could also be a good outside bet.
