Image: Karmazin scores spectacular come from behind KO over Miranda!By Sam Gregory: In tonight’s main event from the Civic Auditorium, Glendale, California 37 year old Russian Roman “Made in Hell” Karmazin 39-3 with 25 KO’s took on Colombian Dionisio Miranda 20-4 with 18 KO’s in an International Boxing Federation middleweight title eliminator in a scheduled 12 round bout.

The first two rounds of this fight started pretty even but by the third round Miranda took control and unloaded with some explosive punches that hurt and significantly slowed Karmazin down in his plan of attack.

In the fourth round a clash of heads caused a cut above the left eye of Miranda. At the end of the fourth round Miranda was ahead by a point on the unofficial scorecard of the ringside commentator.

Through the middle rounds of the fight Karmazin proved to be a very game fighter landing solid shots that kept Miranda at bay and kept Karmazin in this fight. The cut over Miranda’s eye was still a concern at this point in the fight.

Miranda had a big round nine landing solid shots that seemed to have him in total control of this fight.

In round 10 Karmazin scored a spectacular come from behind knockout at 2:34 of the tenth round.

Karmazin improves his record to40-3 with 26 KO’s; Miranda fell to 20-5 with 18 KO’s.
