Froch also doesn’t accept that the talented Andre Dirrell should have been given a decision over Froch while fighting in front of his home crowd in Nottingham, England.

On October 29th, Froch will be facing the best fighter in the Super Six tournament WBA super middleweight champion Andre Ward at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Froch is about to suffer his 2nd loss, and really it should be his third loss.

A loss to Ward will really put things in perspective about Froch and his so called legacy. You can’t go losing to guys like Kessler, Ward and getting what some boxing fans consider a home town decision over Dirrell if you want to be remembered as one of the best fighters. The thing of it is after Froch gets beaten by Ward next month he’s going to have some some tough choices ahead.

Sure, the other fighters in the division, with the exception Dirrell, aren’t as talented as Ward, but there’s a several of them that will likely beat Froch, like Kessler, Lucian Bute, James DeGale, and of course Dirrell. I can see even George Groves beating Froch if Groves can get some more of that valuable sparring with Dirrell again to sharpen him up. Dirrell worked miracles for Groves in helping him get ready for DeGale.

Ward will be the next fighter to school Froch next month and it’s going to be a sick one this fight. Froch will be swinging for the fences all night long while Ward calmly tattoos him with counter shots and makes him pay for his every miss. It’s going to be a really bad mismatch, and it will make boxing fans realize how wrong they were to have overestimated Froch’s ability.
