By Manuel Perez: Well, it looks like Manny Pacquiao’s loyal boxing fans spoke too soon when they started opening their yaps about Pacquiao dominating his sparring partners. In an article today from Abs-Cbs News, Freddie Roach, Pacquiao’s trainer, said this: “He [Pacquiao] took some real hard shots,” during the sparring sessions with Shawn Porter and Urbano Antillon.

Khan thinks Pacquiao could beat Mayweather – News

mayweather34234342By Manuel Perez: For what it’s worth, World Boxing Association light welterweight champion Amir Khan thinks that Manny Pacquiao can beat Floyd Mayweather in the future, according to the Telegraph.co. “I think Manny [Pacquiao] might take the fight with his speed,” Khan said. However, the opinion doesn’t have much weight as far as I’m concerned because Khan, after all, does train with Pacquiao and has the same trainer Freddie Roach. I’ve read so many articles and a lot of people are saying that Cotto has no chance, that he is shot, he’s damaged goods. I feel this is not the case. Cotto has been training for nearly a month and he is taking this serious, very serious.
