By Chris Williams: On November 7th, British heavyweight David Haye (22-1, 21 KO’s) will finally get his chance to stop talking and start fighting when he enters the ring against the 7’2″ 320 pound WBA heavyweight champion Nikolay Valuev (50-1, 34 KO”s) for a title fight that will be held in Germany. This is a fight that boils down to Haye’s fast hand speed and power vs. Valuev’s monstrous size and clubbing shots.

Froch Sees Haye Knocking Valuev Out – News
By Chris Williams: WBC super middleweight champion Carl Froch is predicting a knockout victory for fellow Brit David Haye when he goes up against World Boxing Association heavyweight champion Nikolay Valuev on November 7th in Germany. However, this prediction is actually compared to that of the previous ones that Froch has made involving Haye in which Froch predicted that Haye would beat Wladimir Klitschko. “Valuev’s going to get knocked the spark out,’ Froch said in an interview in The Sun. “The ring might collapse when he falls over!”

By Jim Dower: World Boxing Council heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko (37-2, 36 KO’s) is close to a deal to fight his number #1 WBC contender Chris Arreola (27-0, 24 KO’s) on September 26th at the Staples Center, according to Dan Rafael of ESPN. Where Does Haye Go If He Loses to Valuev?
By Chris Williams: David Haye (22-1, 21 KO’s) has got to be the most confident – read: cocky – fighter I’ve seen in the heavyweight division since Muhammed Ali fought. Haye is so confident that it borders on a fighter with delusions of grandeur. He really believes he’s the guy in the heavyweight division or at least he gives the impression that he is. My question is what does Haye do if things don’t turn out to be like he thinks they are and he ends up getting knocked out by the huge Russian giant? What does Haye do with his career? Getting beaten by Valuev would be almost certainly the end for Haye as a marketable heavyweight fighter.
Who’s Currently the Most Overrated Boxer?
By Stuart Gant: Critics and haters around the world often look at Joe Calzaghe’s record and instead of looking at the highlights in his career they always look at the fights that he missed.
As a fan I often support Joe against his critics and believe he was a great champion and a future hall of famer. I admit pulling out of fights against Glen Johnson and giving boxers like Peter Manfredo Jr title shots can easily be criticised but he still beat some big names including, Chris Eubank, Mikkel Kessler and Jeff Lacy and he also retired undefeated.

By Chris Williams: For what it’s worth, Bernard Hopkins is predicting that Manny Pacquiao will stop Miguel Cotto in their November 14th fight at the MGM Grand, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Hopkins made this revelation last night on ESPN’s Friday Night Fights. Hopkins sees the fight as being a turbulent one in the early rounds, but that Pacquiao’s ability will shine through in the 2nd half of the fight.
Haye confident That The Klitschkos Will Still Want to Fight him Once He Beats Valuev
By William Mackay: David Haye isn’t worried about burning any bridges with the Klitschko brothers by him having bailed on a fight with World Boxing Council heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko for a fight with WBA heavyweight champion Nikolay Valuev.
Ruiz may Block the Haye-Valuev Bout from Happening
By Jim Dower: David Haye may have moved too soon by dashing on a fight with World Boxing Council heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko for a title shot against the huge WBA heavyweight champion Nikolay Valuev set for November 7th. Former two-time WBC heavyweight champion John Ruiz, the mandatory challenger for Valuev’s title, isn’t going to let Valuev bypass him for his title and is taking the issue up with the WBA.
Haye: “I will not be a slave fighter” – News
By Sean McDaniel: Well, it’s looking more and more like the heavy-handed negotiating tactics by the Klitschko management are partly to blame for former cruiserweight champion David Haye pulling out of the September 12th fight with World Boxing Council heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko.
Haye vs. Valuev: David did the Right thing by Going After Nikolay
By William Mackay: David Haye suddenly pulled out of his September 12th bout with World Boxing Council heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko yesterday, and is now looking to fight WBA title holder Nikolay Valuev on November 7th instead.
