With her manager, Kimberly Ross, by her side, Reality TV star Chrisean Rock linked up with XRumble founder Damon Feldman and proceeded to make a major career move when she signed a professional boxing contract.
Rock is scheduled to make her debut on Saturday night, April 25, at Harrah’s Philadelphia Casino in Chester. Chrisean will compete in the super-middleweight division.
The XRumble Championships founder, Damon Feldman, is set to promote the new combat sport where boxing meets MMA. Instead of the 8 to 10 ounce boxing gloves, pro level XRumble fighters will use 4 ounce MMA style gloves.
Traditional non title boxing matches are usually 10 three minute rounds. The XRumble non title fights will be 3 one and a half minute rounds. The championship bouts will consist of 5 one and a half minute rounds.
Damon Feldman anticipates that by cutting the length of the round time, it will produce more fan friendly action. Feldman has created an interesting concept, and now he’s starting to sign some intriguing competitors.
A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Chrisean Rock is a naturally gifted athlete. During her high school tenure, Chrisean ran track for Arundel High, where she posted a personal best of 12.96 seconds in the 100m and 26.82 seconds in the 200m.
Chrisean Rock would briefly run track at Santa Monica College before transferring to Feather River Community College. Back in 2020, she put her athleticism on display when she won the Fox Network high octane reality show game competition Ultimate Tag.
Four years later, Chrisean showed her speed and power when she played running back for the Cali War women’s pro football team. Since 2022, Chrisean has been a cast member on the Zeus Network reality TV show Baddies.
Now the 25 year old Chrisean Rock is ready for a new challenge as she prepares to start her pro boxing journey. Chrisean will train with Gervonta “Tank” Davis’s former lead trainer, Calvin Ford.
Recently, Chrisean put her hand speed on display during a friendly sparring session with Ryan Garcia. Chrisean is a gifted athlete, but the question is, can Calvin Ford instantly turn a raw talent into a polished boxer?
