Jack Catterall, the WBA Intercontinental Title holder in the Super-Lightweight division, will defend his title against the renowned multi-division World Champion, Jorge Linares. This make-or-break fight is set to take place at M&S Bank Arena in Liverpool on Saturday, October 21, and will be broadcast LIVE on DAZN.

Catterall, with a record of 27 wins and only one loss with 13 of those wins coming by knockout, is eager to challenge once more for the Super-Lightweight World Title. This determination stems from his controversial defeat to the former undisputed Super-Lightweight World Champion, Josh Taylor, in early 2022.

Linares, who boasts a record of 47 wins and 8 losses with 29 knockouts, aims to further establish his presence in the booming 140lbs division. He’s keen to maintain his undefeated streak in the UK and halt Catterall’s aspirations of another World Title fight.
