Mayweather has never faced a storm of this size before

pac0001By Derek Conklin: On May 2nd, there’s a massive storm that is heading towards Nevada, and will be arriving at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas for a direct hit in Floyd “Money” Mayweather Jr’s ring corner in his fight against Manny Pacquiao. Each day it’s becoming stronger and is gaining more will power to destroy anything that stands in its path.

I think Mayweather can already see the dark clouds coming, and hear the thunder start to rumble as it builds in strength. It’s the Pacquiao storm, and it’s been gaining momentum for over 5 years now.

You think the Katrina storm was powerful, wait until we see, and Mayweather see’s and experiences the unrelenting fierceness and lightning speed punches that will l crack upon him out of nowhere, just like storms do.

But as we know, when a storm comes, everyone runs for cover. And I and am sure, as many will agree, that after Mayweather faces two rounds of the Pacquiao storm, and experiences the tornado of Manny’s punches, Mayweather will no doubt start running away from his unexpected storm, around and around the ring he will run, trying to avoid being destroyed. But the Pacquiao storm will catch him, and will humble him one round at a time. But I so wish, as does the fans of the world, that he would not run and hide in every round, but stand up like a man and fight, so the world can see who the best fighter between them is.

Please, Floyd, don’t run, please.

There is no way on earth that Mayweather can contend and survive the 100 plus tornado punches that the Pacquiao storm has predicted to produce in every round. Yes, I believe that Mayweather will no doubt weather the first three or four rounds of this storm, but he will not be able to endure its power to the final twelfth round.

We will see him round by round, and bit by bit, loose so many shingles from his roof, that the only thing left standing after maybe eight or nine rounds, will be four wobbly walls with the windows all blown out.

Never before has Mayweather faced a devastating amount of power punches, and from as many angles that the Pacquiao storm will bring him for twelve rounds if goes 12 rounds. Neither has Mayweather fought someone with the fire and desire to win as Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao.

He will try to run and run, but the Pacman has the endurance and speed to catch him, and cut off the ring over and over again. Mayweather will also try to clinch Pacquiao, to keep him from throwing so many punches, but before he clinches, he will have a six, seven, or maybe even eight combo shots landed on him. Yes, he will have the same frustrated, fearful, and devastated look upon his face, as all of Pacquiao’s past opponents.

Like all storms, there is only one safe place you can be. And that is to not be where the storm is. In MGM Grand, as the storm rages in the center of the ring, the only two safe place’s for Mayweather to be, will be standing behind the referee or lying flat on the canvas.

No doubt, Mayweather has watched Pacquiao destroy all the past fighters that he did not, and could not. Inside him, he has wished he would never had to face this storm, but it’s too late now, for this storm has his address, and is headed for it on May 2nd, The Pacquiao storm.
