Boxing Results: Wardley and Clarke Battle to a Draw

The O2 will play host to a brawl on March 31st as Fabio Wardley tangles with Frazer Clarke for the heavyweight crown, and you can catch all the drama on Sky Sports or Peacock if you’re across the pond.

Wardley, the reigning terror with a flawless record, has been bulldozing through the ranks with the finesse of a wrecking ball in a china shop. His last spectacle involved turning Adeleye into a pile of rubble under the bright lights of Riyadh.

Clarke is the fresh-faced killer with Olympic metal to boot. Just a babe in the professional woods with eight scraps under his belt, yet he’s already showing he’s more than just a pretty face by sending folks like David Allen packing before tea time.

These two have been circling each other like sharks at feeding time, and after a bit of a kerfuffle with the money men, the gloves are finally off. It’s all been a bit ‘he said, she said,’ but now it’s time to stop the chinwagging and start the chin checking.

Wardley’s chuffed to bits to be the main event at The O2, a place he reckons is like his second lounge. He’s ready to teach Clarke a lesson that’s not in the Olympic syllabus – the art of taking a nap in the ring.

Clarke’s having none of it, mind. He’s been waiting for this fight and reckons it’s about time he showed Wardley what’s what. He’s promised to cart the belts back to Burton upon Trent, and frankly, he’s sick of the back-and-forth natter.

Future boxing sensation Ben Whittaker makes a comeback, bringing his unique style to The O2 in London as the latest addition to BOXXER’s action-packed ‘Bad Blood’ card on Sunday, March 31st. It’s all going down live on Sky Sports in the UK and Ireland and Peacock in the USA.

Whittaker, also known as ‘The Surgeon’, has set the internet on fire with his flashy moves during his knockout victory over Khalid Graidia on February 3rd, pulling in millions of views and global attention on social media.

This Tokyo 2020 Olympic Silver Medalist is on the fast track to superstardom, aiming to steal the show once again after his electrifying win over Graidia on the Buatsi-Azeez card at Wembley.

Adding to the excitement, Whittaker joins an already jam-packed card on Easter Sunday, headlined by the ‘Bad Blood’ clash between unbeaten heavyweights Fabio Wardley and Frazer Clarke for the British and Commonwealth Titles.

Florian Marku and Chris Kongo are set to settle their heated welterweight feud following a fiery press conference showdown last year. Meanwhile, Alen ‘The Savage’ Babic steps into the ring against Newcastle’s Steve Robinson, and rising star Callum Simpson inches closer to a shot at the British Title in the super middleweight division.

Ben Shalom’s dead set on serving up the scraps the boxing fans are dying to see.
