Fans can also see the fight on Sky Sports 1 live tonight. For fans wanting to see the DeGale-Dirrell fight live, it’ll be taking place at the Agganis Arena, in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.

Tickets can be purchased at Stubhub.com or Ticketmaster.com.

For American fans, the Dirrell vs. DeGale fight will be shown live today on NBC television at 1:30 PM PT/4:30 PM ET. Fans will need to make sure they tune in during the day to see the fight because it’s a daytime broadcast rather than a nighttime showing. A lot of boxing fans have become accustomed to seeing events at night rather than during the day. In this case, it’ll be the opposite of that.

British fans can watch the live DeGale-Dirrell fight by tuning in to Sky Sports 1 at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday night. The fight is expected to begin at 9:30 p.m.
DeGale and Dirrell will be fighting over the vacant IBF super middleweight title that was previously in the possession of Carl Froch.

The winner of tonight’s fight will have a lot of options available to them, such as a unification fight against the winner of the George Groves vs. Badou Jack for the WBC title, or possibly against WBO champion Arthur Abraham.

There is no real solid favorite for the DeGale vs. Dirrell fight, as both guys are evenly matched in the talent department. Dirrell is the home fighter though, and that might play in his favor if the fight goes to the scorecards. But DeGale is younger at 29, and he looks to be the healthier fighter for tonight’s bout. Dirrell looked drawn and weak during Friday’s weigh-in, and it appeared that Dirrell took too much weight off to make the 168 pound limit.

If you’ve followed Dirrell’s pro career, you’ll note that he’s never looked this bad before in making weight for the super middleweight division. It’s unclear if Dirrell has outgrown the super middleweight division or if he simply put on some weight before camp by eating too much. Whatever the problem is, Dirrell did not look healthy at the weigh-in. He looked really weak and thin. Dirrell will probably have put all the weight back on by the time he gets inside the ring tonight, but with the huge gain of water weight back into his system, it could negatively affect his performance against DeGale.
