By Dan Ambrose: Friday’s purse bid scheduled between former 2-division world champion Danny ‘Swift’ Garcia (34-1, 20 KOs) and former IBF 147lb champion Shawn Porter (28-2-1, 17 KOs) was canceled after the management for the two fighters reached an agreement. According to Dan Rafael, Garcia will fight Porter on August 25 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

Kenny is the father/trainer of former IBF welterweight champion Shawn Porter, and he thinks Thurman has been faking injuries as far as 2016.
