Haye v Fury confirmed for September 28th

haye24By Hayesa: At last we have the conformation that we have all been waiting for, Tyson Fury (21-0, 15 KO’s) has signed the contract that David Haye (26-2, 24 KO’s) himself signed yesterday. It means that both men will go toe to toe on September 28th in Manchester. Its a highly anticipated Heavyweight fight that many fight fans have been waiting for, especially the British Boxing fans.

Haye was involved in the last big British showdown with Derrek Chisora and will look to replicate his performance he gave on that night. Tyson Fury has thrown his fair share of comments towards David Haye over the last few weeks, but it was Haye that seemed to have the final words yesterday when he signed the contract. But Fury has agreed and the fight is on.

David Haye signs contract for Fury clash on Sep 28th – Breaking News!

haye23423By Scott Gilfoid: David Haye (26-2, 24 KO’s) has reportedly signed a contract to face unbeaten British heavyweight Tyson Fury (21-0, 15 KO’s) at a still to be determined venue. The only thing that is keeping the fight from being a solid right now is Fury signing the contract as well, and all you can do is hope that he signs for the mega domestic clash.

David Haye said this today on his social media site: “I’ve just signed to fight Fury on Sep 28, lets hope he finally agrees (and signs today) and he doesn’t keep delaying. Word around “Camp Fire” is Fury is looking to duck me and fight Toney “The Tiger”. Lets hope they are just to rumours.”

Fury to Haye: Sign the contract; I’m going to rip your head off pretty boy

fury54By Scott Gilfoid: Heavyweight contender Tyson Fury (21-0, 15 KO’s) no doubt must have read the news about David Haye (26-2, 24 KO’s) saying he hasn’t agreed to fight him because Fury is now telling Haye to sign the contract because he wants to give him a beating. Last Saturday night, Fury jumped the gun by saying that the fight between him and Haye was “99% done.” Haye laughed at this, saying he hadn’t agreed to anything.

Here’s what Haye’s response was to Fury on his twitter: “I read that Fury thinks a fight with me and himself is ‘99% Done’ HAHA At best i’d say there’s Light Discussions, that are moving slowly. For everyone asking if I’m fighting Fury. I currently have no agreement, or contract in place. But a fight later in the year would be fun.”

Haye: Fighting Tyson Fury is free money

haye125By Scott Gilfoid: Former two division world champion David Haye (26-2, 24 KO’s) is amused that contender Tyson Fury (21-0, 15 KO’s) has been mentioning his name recently about wanting to fight him next.

Haye says he doesn’t know if the 6’9” Fury is on the level or not but he’d like to fight him because he sees it as easy, easy money. No doubt, Haye saw how truly awful Fury looked in his last fight against Steve Cunningham and wants to get a piece of the Fury action to be the first one to knock him out cold before someone else does it.

Fury isn’t ready for David Haye – or Deontay Wilder

fury3333By Scott Gilfoid: Former British and Commonwealth heavyweight champion Tyson Fury (21-0, 15 KO’s) chose not to take an IBF heavyweight title eliminator bout with unbeaten Kubrat Pulev to try and become the mandatory for IBF heavyweight champ Wladimir Klitschko.

The word is the 6’9” Fury could be facing David Haye later on this year if and when Haye gets past Manuel Charr. That’s going to be a tough one for Haye because Charr’s got decent power and Haye will be out-weighed by over 30 pounds. But if Haye gets past Charr, we’ll likely see him fighting Fury before the end of the year.
