Image: Summer Boxing: Alexander-Matthysse, Klitschko-Haye, Williams-Lara, Marquez-Ramos, Klitschko-AdamekBy Alexis Aviles: Boxing in the summer is usually the slow point of the year gearing you for the more anticipated fights happening later in the fall. A year ago the most we got was Juan Diaz vs Juan Manuel Marquez in their second fight, which failed to live up to their first fight. We also had Miguel Cotto vs Yuri Foreman which saw Cotto win by body-shot KO after Foremans leg gave out a few times. Jean Pascal vs Chad Dawson in a fight that as Pascal was getting knocked out, the fight was stopped and the technical decision was given to Pascal.
