By Scott Gilfoid: Kell Brook has less than 3 weeks remaining before he defends his IBF welterweight title against arguably the most talented fighter in the 147 pound division today in Errol Spence Jr. on May 27 at Bramall Lane in Sheffield, England. The boxing world may be seeing the end of Brook as a world champion at 147, because if he loses badly, as many people expect him to, the next move the 30-year-old makes without question will end with him moving up to 154. However, Brook is putting up a good front by talking tough to Spence in an attempt to throw off his game by putting the scare on him.

By Scott Gilfoid: Kell Brook has undergone a RAPID weight loss process in getting down to the 147 pound limit for his title defense against mandatory challenger Errol Spence Jr. on May 27. With 3 weeks to go before their fight at Bramall Lane in Sheffield, England. IBF welterweight champion Brook (36-1, 25 KOs) is already down to 153 pounds as of last week. I don’t see where the other 6 lbs. of weight is going to come off of Brook. He’s already a skeleton.

By Scott Gilfoid: George Groves (25-3, 18 KOs) and Fedor Chudinov have been officially added to the May 27th Kell Brook vs. Errol Spence Jr. card as the chief support at Bramall Lane in Sheffield, England. Groves-Chudinov is a decent fight, but I would have preferred a better match-up than this as the chief support. I’m sorry, but a 3-time world title challenger loser like Groves facing a guy that lost his last fight in Chudinov is not a great fight in my book.

When the two of them were sitting next to each other last Saturday during a Showtime Boxing interview, Thurman wouldn’t look at Spence during the entire time they were sitting.

Bradley, 33, says that if Spence can pass that test, it will say a lot about his talent level.
