Hayato Tsutsumi has pulled out of his scheduled Dec. 27 bout against WBA super featherweight champion Jazza Dickens on the Riyadh card in Saudi Arabia.
Per a report from writer Jake Donovan, Tsutsumi suffered a cut in training, forcing him to pull out of his fight
Dickens is now left without an opponent for what was set to be his first WBA 130-pound title defence.
