By Jeff Aronow: Tyson Fury vs. Deontay Wilder 3 is being planned to be staged at the new 65,000 seat Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, on July 24th.

According to reports, Fury’s promoter Frank Warren says the Wilder (42-1-1 41 KOs) will be staged at the Allegiant Stadium, which will have seating for 35,000 – 40,000 boxing fans to attend.

Wilder could have asked for a step aside from Fury to allow the 6’9″ British heavyweight to proceed as planned to a unification clash with IBF/WBA/WBO champion Anthony Joshua, but he wasn’t interested. Wilder wants retribution.

Wilder wants revenge

“Revenge is priceless,” said Wilder.

Fury (30-0-1, 21 KOs) is facing Wilder next rather than Anthony Joshua due to him losing his arbitration case last Monday. ‘The Gypsy King’ had tried to walk away from his contractual rematch with Wilder, but that proved to be a mistake.

Whoever advised Fury to try walking away from the contract with Wilder, it was a blunder on their part.

It resulted in Fury losing time and money because he would likely have already gotten the Wilder fight out of the way if he’d taken the match earlier this year.

Former WBC heavyweight champion Wilder looks like a totally rejuvenated fighter under the guidance of Malik Scott, who is reworking his game from top to bottom.

“The same energy must be kept after retribution is served, thx in advance,” said Wilder’s trainer Malik Scott on Instagram.

Joshua-Fury was misleading says, Peter Fury

“It’s bad for the fighters because a mega-fight with millions involved,” said Peter Fury t boxing Social on the Anthony Joshua vs. Fury fight now off.

“Now they’ve got to take lesser purses in fights just as dangerous as two opponents. Wilder is dangerous, and so is Usyk.

“It’s a big climb down. If you signed up for contractual things, honor your agreements,” said Peter in talking about Fury choosing not to give Wilder his contractual rematch from last year,” said Peter.

As you can see, Peter believes in honoring agreements, and he obviously isn’t happy with how things have turned out for Fury.

“That fight [Fury vs. Wilder] should have happened. That fight [Joshua vs. Fury] should have never been made.

“They should have talked in the background, but to start announcing stuff and saying weeks away and this and that, knowing there’s arbitration going on, that’s ridiculous. That’s misleading everybody, and it doesn’t do boxing any good.

“Wilder was doing training videos two, three weeks ago, so obviously he knew the decision [with the arbitrator] back then, or he had a pretty good idea because we hadn’t seen him before, had we?” Peter Fury continued.

“They [Fury and Joshua] have to go their separate ways for now and see if they come through those fights [against Usyk and Wilder],” said Peter.
