ZAMBIAN BOXING MAESTRO JOSEPH CHINGANGU IN THE “LIVE OR DIE” FIGHT OF HIS LIFE, THE “AFRICA’S BIGGEST APPLE

International Boxing Federation Africa (IBF/AFRICA) – SUNDAY JUNE 2, 2013, DAR ES SALAAM, TANZANIA – Zambian boxing maestro Joseph Chingangu a.k.a “No Pressure” (27(20)-9-(6)-0) will be is in the “live or die” boxing rumble of his life against a long time rival and countryman Francis Zulu a.k.a “Galagata”.

Chingangu’s huge hands have done great damages to many a boxers of his weight division and as his age advances slowly with his fighting speed slowing down as the result of mother nature, this tournament is the most important moment of his boxing career when he meets the youthful Galagata!

During the Press Conference that was conducted on May 31st, 2013 by Antnony Mwamba a.k.a Preacher Man of the Lusaka based “Exodus Boxing Promotions” in Lusaka , both pugilists promised victory in their August 27th, 2013 rumble!

Joseph Chingangu stayed briefly in the USA in the late 90s where he managed to ruffle feathers of many boxers including Tim Martin (6 (5) -11 (8)-0), Michael Tate and many others! His fighting speed scared many boxers of his weight division as he combines both hands and footwork like the great Mohammed Ali’s shuffling style and jabbing round the ring. Chingangu has beaten several great boxers including Englishman Tom Collins (26-20-2) and Hungarians Lajos Eros (13-6-1), Zoltan Petranyi (2-1-0), Josef Kull Koszegi (3-13-1) in additional to many boxers form Europe and Africa.

But, it was his fight with the current IBF/WBA/WBO/IBO Heavyweight Champion of the world Wladimir Klitschko then (27-1-0) in 1999 that made him a great boxer he is today. Although he went on to lose to Wladimir Klitschko but his fighting energy and resilient in the ring gave him great publicity mileage!

For now, it is the much younger Francis Zulu who stand on his way and if push comes to shove, he will apply the most “pressure” he can muster to win the “Africa’s Biggest Apple” , the “IBF Continental Africa Heavyweight Title” come August 27, 2013 in Lusaka Zambia!

“Nothing else like IBF/AFRICA as it advances African interests to the Global professional boxing fraternity”
