Mendez – Hovhannisyan in October 27th at HBO Boxing After Dark video

By Reynaldo Sanchez: Argenis Méndez 20-2-0 (10 KO’s) is training to face “Armenian” Art Hovhannisyan 15-0-2 (8 KO’s) for the HBO “Boxing After Dark” boxing series on October 27th that will broadcast in New York and will be the Co-Main Event.

The Méndez-Hovhannisyan fight will be held at The Turning Stone Casino in Verona, NY. The fight is scheduled for 10 rounds and the winner will have the chance at a very bright future in this division.

Méndez said to us that he respects all his opponents and due to that, he trains with the contention that there are no small opponents and I must be in excellent conditions to face anyone “Hard Work and dedication is what is needed to turn into the best Jr Light Weight of the world” stated Argenis.

“Germán Caicedo, my team and I are implementing a training plan to be in the best shape ever and understand that we must continue working hard to reach our target goals for our next fight on October 27th in New York” Méndez said.

In this video, we can see Germán Caicedo and his assistant Claudio Lamont along with Argenis are working hard to improve his stamina. Méndez and his team are very confident that the 26-year-old fighter, will be fighting in a world title with a big possibilities to beat the best Jr lightweight of any organization worldwide.
