Harrison bounced back from the loss to Haye to defeat Ali Adams by a 4th round TKO last May in a one-sided fight. Harrison is now busy training for an October 13th fight against British heavyweight champion David Price (13-0, 11 KO’s) at the Echo Arena, in Liverpool, Merseyside, United Kingdom.

Harrison said to Sky Sports News “I’m healed. I’m back on the glory path again. This fight is strictly for the glory. I’ve taken this fight for the right reasons, and so I know my performance is going to be sufficient.”

What’s sad is that Harrison admits to taking the fight against with a badly injured pectoral muscle that kept Harrison from throwing punches the way he needed to in order to have a chance to win the fight. Since he couldn’t really let his hands go the way he wanted to, Harrison didn’t throw any punches save for one jab in the fight. What’s bad is that the Haye-Harrison fight was on pay per view, and that wasn’t fair for the fans that paid to see this fight that Harrison took it with a bad injury. He would have been better off postponing the fight and coming back after his chest probably healed so that boxing fans could have seen a fight instead of a mismatch.

Harrison may see that he’s taken the Price fight for the right reasons and not the wrong ones, which you have to assume is just for the money. But it’s probably not going to make because once Price lands a few solid shots he should have Audley out of there.
