Image: Haye vs. Chisora: Will it live up to the hype?By Dan Henderson: Every so often comes along a fight that does not need much promoting nor does it need any help selling tickets and this Saturday at Upton Park, London we have the eagerly awaited all British heavyweight clash between David Haye and Derek Chisora but what I want to know is, will it live up to the hype?

I’m not sure because many times in the build up to these fights we are always promised fireworks and quite often we are left short changed and disappointed which really is a shame because it has the potential to be a great fight especially with the atmosphere on the night and the controversy surrounding the fight with the infamous post fight press conference in Munich following Chisora’s points defeat to Vitali Klitschko.

There was even the dispute between the BBBofC and everyone involved due to the fact that neither man holds a British license so it has been sanctioned by the Luxembourg board of control, it has been complete madness ever since it was announced.

How will the fight go? Will Haye come out and go straight for the knockout we have been promised? No I don’t think so I think he will fight a safe fight like he did against Audley Harrison and wait for an opening from which he can then capitalize from. He can’t afford to underestimate Chisora because that could cost him dearly and he could kiss a potential Klitschko fight goodbye.

I’m really looking forward to the fight as I’m hoping it will live up to the hype and hey if all else fails we have Amir Khan vs Danny Garcia to look forward to. Let me know who you think will win and how they will win.
