Froch has never met a puncher like Johnson before and seems to think this fight is going to be an easy won. Froch said “He’s not going to win the fight. He’s not going to win a round. I’m too young and fresh. From round on to twelve, I will dominate.”

That’s so sad. Froch is having a pipe dream about Saturday’s fight and he’s going to be miserable when he wakes up to the cold hard reality when Johnson knocks the sense out of Froch. This is going to be like Froch’s early beating against Jermain Taylor x 2. Froch does well when he’s the one coming forward but if he go after him and put hands on him, Froch starts back peddling to avoid the stiff resistance. Johnson is going to make Froch look old and take advantage of his low guard by planting him on the canvas after giving him a nice little beating in the early rounds.

Froch still can’t embrace his defeat at the hands of Mikkel Kessler and his gift decision over the American talent Andre Dirrell. Froch said this about the schooling he received from Kessler: “I’m WBC champ and everybody talks about my one loss against Mikkel Kessler and 80% of the people don’t acknowledge it was a loss.”

It sounds like Froch has been surrounding himself around a lot of back slappers that have been telling him things he wants to hear instead of the truth about the Kessler fight. Froch lost and he deserved to lose because he fought horribly. Just like Froch badly against Dirrell, except in this case the fight was held in Froch’s home country of Nottingham, England. I had Dirrell beating Froch much easier than Kessler did.

Johnson is going to take care Froch on Saturday and expose his wide open defense and hand him his 2nd and final loss of the Super Six tourney. Froch will then be officially out of the tourney and can go back to England where the back slappers will likely tell him how he should have won.
