Klitschko has a weak chin and hasn’t faced someone with the kind of pressure, power and defensive ability that Chisora has going for him in this fight.

Chisora has done a great job of unnerving Wladimir during their press conferences and already has the big Ukrainian flustered and looking uncertain. What Chisora has shown during these meetings is that boxing is a mental sport, and if you can beat a guy outside of the ring with your words and physical intimidation, you have an excellent chance of beating him in the ring.

Speaking to Sky Sports News, Chisora said “I am in the form of my career. I am excited about it and am ready to go. I am going to hunt him. I am a hunter and will hunt him for 12 rounds and when I catch him I will go in for the kill. The first to the 12th round are important, you cannot fall asleep in the ring. I am a target that moves. I move and bob and weave and he is going to find it difficult to nail me. And when he misses, I am going to counter. I have got the power to upset him and have got the fitness to go into the later rounds. He has got his weaknesses and I going to hunt him.”

What Chisora said is true. Wladimir won’t be able to land his jabs with Chisora moving constantly. Wladimir has problems as it is landing his jabs against the stationary targets he’s been facing one after another in the past six years. How do you expect him to hit a short compact moving target like Chisora? It’s not going to happen. Chisora will take away Wladimir’s jab completely, and leave him with only the option of trying to land his left hooks and right hands. Wladimir’s accuracy with those weapons will be just as poor. As it is, Wladimir rarely throws those weapons unless he’s absolutely sure he’s got a good chance of landing. When he’s not confident of landing his punches, Wladmir is very similar to Audley Harrison the way he fought against WBA heavyweight champion David Haye. Wladimir shuts down completely when he’s not certain that he can land.
