Image: Haye-Harrison: Will David's temper get him knocked out by Audley?By William Mackay: If you look at the interviews and press conferences where WBA heavyweight champion David Haye (24-1, 22 KO’s) and Audley Harrison (27-4, 20 KO’s) are together in one room, Haye seems to blow his stack every time and lose his cool when Harrison even hints that he has a chance in their November 13th fight at the M.E.N. Arena, Manchester, England. Haye, 30, seems to fight too much with anger and doesn’t use his head when he’s in there some of the time.

I think this might get him knocked out by Harrison if Haye comes out getting angry time Harrison lands a shot. Harrison isn’t emotionally involved in this fight the same way that Haye is. Harrison respects Haye’s talent and doesn’t see it as an insult that Haye thinks he’ll win. Haye, on the other hand, seems to take it as an affront to him that Harrison thinks he has a chance in this fight.

Sky Sports broadcaster Johny Nelson had this to say to Haye: “You need to be careful, because it’s human nature, when you’re angry to start swearing and spluttering, saying and doing things you end up regretting. That’s because you can’t think straight and that is the last thing he needs, because if David isn’t thinking straight he makes mistakes. His nature is one of reckless abandonment in the ring and that is dangerous.” Nelson is right. Haye is a hot head in the ring and he fights without thinking a lot of the time. This is something that might turn around and bite him in the backside against Harrison if he comes out fighting with angry.
