By Shaun Campbell: Olympian and rising star Tony Jeffries tonight drew to journeyman Michael Banbula over 8 rounds at the Rainton Meadows Arena, Houghton-le-Spring, Tyne and Wear. Jeffries failed to overcome the awkward Polish light-heavyweight, but Banbula is better than his record would suggest. He recently defeated former world champion Tony Oakey.

STUEY HALL is promising to make Martin Power suffer again when they clash later this month. Hall, 30, makes the second defence of his British bantamweight title when he faces the Londoner at Rainton Meadows Arena, Houghton-le-Spring on Friday July 23.
