Is it Still Possible for Wladimir to Become a Super Star?

wlad656386By Matt Stein: IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Kitschko (52-3, 46 KO’s) has been fighting as a professional for 13 years now, but has failed at gaining a huge following in boxing. Wladimir’s trainer Emanuel Steward is still hoping that Klitschko can become a super star before he’s done with his career, and sees upcoming bouts against Alexander Povetkin and possible Chris Arreola as fights that could put Wladimir into super stardom if he can win with a big knockout that impresses boxing fans.

Did Haye Blow His Chance At Fighting Wladimir and Vitali?

By Chris Williams: With David Haye’s pulling out of his fight with IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko which was scheduled for June 20th at the Veltins Arena, in Germany, Haye, 28, might very well have blown his chance of fighting both Wladimir and Vitali Klitschko. The reason is simple. Haye would at least stand a puncher’s chance at beating Wladimir, who typically has a lost of problems with fighters that can punch hard, but against the steel-chinned Vitali, Haye stands almost no chance of winning.

Haye? Manners Maketh The Man

haye45992239By Jonnie of Brixton: With all the trouble Setanta is in, don’t hold your breath this fight (Haye vs. Klitschko) will be televised. Haye went about this fight all wrong. Chagaev, 30, was in the right place at the right time and was able to take advantage of Haye’s misfortune to get the fight.

Who Will Haye Fight Next?
