Who is the true best fighter of this generation?

Mayweather’s still out there. People still want to see that fight. That’s the fight I want to see.” So are we to interpret this as meaning that Pacquiao won’t be put in a position where he can lose by being put in with someone that could actually beat him like WBC middleweight champion Sergio Martinez, Paul Williams, Juan Manuel Marquez or Andre Berto? Is Pacquiao being fed stiffs until Mayweather appears for the big cash out fight?
