After the top heavyweight prospect Adrian Granat landed a stunning victory over German boxer Franz Rill by way of KO in round 6 on October 15th, a growing crowd of international boxing experts around the globe have now started paying serious attention to the 25 year old Swedish rising star of the heavyweight division.

However the reputation does not only have a positive impact as the Promoter Erol Ceylan explains:

“To be honest, people are getting respect for Adrian Granat right now. The way he knocked out Rill in the last fight, knowing exactly where and when to land his heavy punches at Rill, made it very clear to everyone that it was not just a lucky punch that ended the fight. Adrian really ceased his opportunity. Furthermore rumours have also started to circulate about how well Adrian performed at both the training camp of Vladimir Klitschko before Vladimir´s fight against Fury and at the training camp of Povetkin. Added to that the fact that Adrian has basically knocked out all of his opponents in the opening rounds in 13 of his 14 fights makes it difficult to find a competitive opponent for Adrian now, as a matter of fact several top fighters who we have contacted have turned down our offer. However there is another top prospect that did not turn down our offer; Bogdan Dinu (16-0-0, 12 KO`s), who expressed an interest in fighting Granat and therefore we are currently negotiating with his team – negotiations which are going well so far “.

As Adrian Granat´s Manager Christer Enqvist recently visited Malmö to establish the first contacts for the upcoming “Home Coming Fight Night” event, he was positively surprised;

“ I was overwhelmed by the genuine enthusiasm of the people in Malmö since hearing the rumours of Adrian Granat possibly fighting in Malmö in the near future. In Malmö people follow professional boxing and the incredible progress of Adrian Granat on the world rankings. Especially the employees of the City of Malmö were really happy of professional boxing returning to their home town and that through their native professional heavyweight boxer Adrian Granat. Everybody has really given us a friendly and warm welcome for this upcoming event ”.

Also two other famous native Malmö fighters will fight at the “Home Coming Fight Night” – Sven Fornling and Simon Henriksson, both who are very promising fighters, well recognized in Sweden and now having their chance in a life time to prove themselves in their home town in front of an enthusiastic home crowd.

An official press conference with these 3 Swedish boxers attending will be held on December 5, 2 PM at the Malmö Arena Hotel – Sky Bar, and the sale of tickets will start in December.
