By Wilmar Patino (Boxing’s Finest): The Next 30 Days In Boxing provides us with some interesting match ups. In this article I will touch upon the upcoming bouts as seen in the video above. So get prepared for a lot of Boxing in the next 4 weeks.

Gennady Golovkin vs Martin Murray (Feb. 21)- This Saturday we will have the pleasure to see Golovkin back in the ring vs possibly his biggest competition yet against Martin Murray. Martin Murray will most likely step in as the bigger guy looking to play possum and trying to counter Golovkin when given the opportunity. The question is, Will he be able to back Golovkin up enough and score enough punches of his own to get the decision? I suspect that Golovkin’s Knockout streak might end here, but he should get the win. I guess we’ll have to wait til this Saturday to find out!

Keith Thurman vs Robert Guerrero (March 7) – Keith Thurman has been asking for the bigger names for quite some time and he will be getting that in Robert Guerrero. Robert Guerrero had a tough time out last time we saw him vs Yoshihiro Kamegei. As for Thurman he has been promising knockouts and failed to create one last time out vs Leonard Bundu. Not to say they had bad performances, they just didn’t look as good as they have in previous bouts. Thurman vs Guerrero promises to be very competitive and we should find out a lot about both men and where they are in their respective careers.

Adrien Broner vs John Molina (March 7) – This match could turn out to be intersting in itself. As Broner is expected to have a relatively easy time vs Molina, but that may not be the case. The same was said When Broner faced Emmanuel Taylor. I just don’t know how much of Molina is left after his war with Matthysse, but he has the will to make it a good fight and has come back from lopsided matches to score knockouts and win.

Sergey Kovalev vs Jean Pascal (March 14) – In what is probably the most significant fight in the next 30 days Sergey Kovalev defends all his 3 titles (WBO, WBA, & IBF) vs Jean Pascal. The winner would become the mandatory challenger to Adonis Stevenson’s WBC belt and have the opportunity to unify all the major titles in the Light Heavyweight Division. We haven’t seen Kovalev with someone as quick as Pascal and we haven’t seen Pascal against a puncher like Kovalev. So it promises to be an interesting match in Montreal, Canada. I personally look forward to this one the most.

With so many upcoming bouts I thought I’d remind everyone what to expect and ask the reader to tell us which match are you anticipating the most? Boxing in the next 30 days promises to be filled with excitement and there is the refreshing feeling of seeing Boxing back on regular cable. (NBC) So which match are you most anxious to see and how do you see them playing out?
