By Wilmar Patino (Boxing’s Finest) In what is the polar opposite of my previous article I will talk about the awesome concussive power of the knockout artists in the sport of Boxing today. From Lucas Matthysse to Sergey Kovalev, Gennady Golovkin, and Wladimir Klitschko lets talk about Knockouts!

We all remember Tyson and his fearsome aura, Today we have fighters with power worth mentioning . With recent news of Lucas Matthysse in talks of fighting Ruslan Provodnikov we can all look forward to some bloody gut wrenching battles. All fighters mentioned do have fights coming up in the next couple of months.

Lucas Matthysse reigned down heavily at the height of his career before losing to Danny Garcia. He possessed power that the likes of Paulie Malignaggi compared to Julian Jackson. Sergey Kovalev also is known as a potentially great fighter who packs a massive punch and he has an upcoming bout vs Jean Pascal on March 14th, 2015.

Gennady Golovkin seems to be the fan favorite of now with his bout coming up against Martin Murray February 21st. He has made his Mexican style a truely crowd pleasing style to watch. As for Wladimir Klitschko he’s been around for quite sometime and although he has been on the other side by getting knocked out himself earlier in his career without a doubt he has been and still is a knockout artists to this date. He too will be fighting soon at the Barclays Center against Bryant Jennings on April 25th of 2015.

Some have more entertaining styles than others, some are more skillful but one thing remains certain is that they all have great knockout power.
