Miranda, 31, is going to put some hard leather on the 29-year-old Bellew, and get him out of there so that Miranda doesn’t have to worry about possibly getting jobbed by the judges.

Miranda told EPSN “What I do to Bellew. It’s going to be ugly. I am not putting that decision in the hands of the judges. You can…keep the judges at home…Carl Froch would be No.1 on my radar…If Froch has other plans then Nathan Cleverly.”

I believe Miranda will win this fight. He’s got the better power, the better chin and the better experience compared to the tall and slender Bellew. The only thing that Bellew has going in this fight is he’s fighting in his own country in front of his fellow Brits. That’s going to put some pressure on Miranda to where he may have to bring his judges with him in the form of his fists to make sure he doesn’t find himself on the receiving end of a questionable decision.

Although Miranda hast lost two out of his last four fights, he should be 4-0 during that stretch because his loss to Isaac Chilemba last February was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever seen, and his 5th round disqualification loss to Yordanis Despaigne was another bad call. No way should Miranda have been disqualified in that fight for belt line shots.

Bellew won’t want to mix it up with Miranda after he tastes his power in the first round. Once Miranda gives Bellew a tiny taste of his power you can look for Bellew to try and survive by boxing for the remainder of the fight to avoid trouble. It’s not going to work, though, because Miranda is going to catch up to Bellew and knock his lights out.
