You can add IBF super middleweight champion and former super middleweight champion Joe Calzaghe to the growing ranks that see Haye as being too good for Chisora.

Speaking with Sky Sports Ringside, Froch said “He’s [Haye] not been retired long, he’s in fantastic shape. To be honest, I don’t rate Chisora. He’s lost his last three fights. I think it’s a terrible one-sided domination by David Haye. I think he’s going to easily out-point him or chin him, to be honest. Knock him out. I think the referee might have to jump in. He might tough it out, Chisora. He dug it out against Vitali [Klitschko], but David Haye to win no problem.”

For his part, Calzaghe said “I think David Haye’s the better fighter. He should win the fight comfortably. Obviously, Chisora is going to hope to get into the second half and hope that David weakens, but David is a higher class.”

Chisora does have a chance in this fight if he can apply pressure and walk through Haye’s best shots to get him out of there. Chisora isn’t likely going to win a decision, because he’s not that type of fighter. Chisora will win by knockout or not at all. If Chisora’s chin is up to the mark and he’s able to cut off the ring on Haye to force him to fight, we could see a victory for Chisora on Saturday. It’ll be a tough ask because Chisora doesn’t have quick feet and he leaves himself wide open with his wide shots. If Chisora does corner Haye and force him to fight, he may not like what he finds.
