The 33-year-old Moses by now knows that he pretty much may need a knockout to get a win over the 28-year-old Burns in order to have his hand raised at the end of the fight. But never fear; Moses has excellent power with either hand and has got one of the best left hooks in the entire lightweight division.

Burns hasn’t faced a guy like Moses since he took on a weight drained Roman Martinez in September 2009, except I’m talking about a prime version of Martinez. Moses has got that kind of power and skills, and we’re going to see Burns have to dig deep in this fight if he wants to escape with a win. Moses has too much power, too much skills and too much desire to lay down and let Burns get an easy win on March 10th.

Moses is going to take the fight to Burns and make him feel his power early with his left hook, powerful jab and huge straight right hand. Burns has been spoon fed since the Martinez fight with the exception of his recent questionable win over Michael Katsidis last November.

God, Burns looked terrible in that fight is incredibly lucky that the fight took place in the UK rather than the U.S or Australia, because I think Burns would have lost the fight had it taken place outside of the UK. Katsidis was really putting hands on Burns all night long and ended up working him badly. Moses can’t let Burns take it easy in this fight, because he’ll do just enough to win a decision and no more. He won’t take any chances with Moses’s power, and it’s going to be difficult as heck to try and get a decision in Scotland. That’s why Moses has to go for broke and put a real beat down on Burns to leave no doubt in the minds of any people there who the better fighter is.
