Quigg, 23, is going to make short work of Arthur and send a message in beating him to Commonwealth super bantamweight champion Carl Frampton (12-0, 8 KO’s) in the process. Frampton has a lot of boxing fans excited about his win last weekend over Kris Hughes.

Frampton was matched against a guy with zero power and was able to walk through his weak shots to punish him and ultimately take him out in the 7th round. Frampton now feels he’s ready to take on Quigg, but I completely disagree. Quigg is far too good for Frampton and not muscle-bound and short like him.

Frampton reminds me a lot of Ricky Hatton, and I don’t mean that in a good way. Frampton is just begging to be hit with a check left hook by Quigg and believe when they eventually fight, Quigg will be lighting him up with left hooks and right hands.

Quigg is a lot more fluid, and has better power with each hand. He’s also four inches taller than Frampton and I see him tearing Frampton apart in a mismatch. I think Barry McGuigan needs to sit down and tell his boy Frampton to stay far, far away from Quigg if he’s knows what’s good for his lad.

Arthur, 32, doesn’t stand a chance in this fight. He’s coming off of a 12 round split decision loss against Jason Booth last February. Arthur did beat Kris Hughes by a 12 round unanimous decision in October 2010, but it was a close decision win. Quigg is going to destroy Arthur no problem.

Quigg is coming off of a 7th round stoppage win over Booth last October in a very impressive performance. Quigg looked incredibly powerful in that fight made it look easy in taking apart a pretty decent fighter in Booth.
