Tonight on the Pugilist KOrner: Adrien Broner, Gary Russell Jr, Dyah Davis, and Tony Thompson

Blog Talk Radio’s “The Pugilist KOrner” is proud to present: World Boxing Organization (WBO) Super Featherweight Champion Adrien “The Problem” Broner, Featherweight Contender Mr. Gary Russell Jr, Super Middleweight Contender Dyah Davis, and IBF Heavyweight Title Challenger Tony “The Tiger” Thompson.

The new WBO Super Featherweight Champ Adrien Broner (22-0, 18 KOs) is coming off of an impressive 3rd round knock-out victory over the always formidable Vicente Rodriguez of Argentina. “The Problem” will be discussing his championship winning performance as well as future match-ups in the 130 pound weight division.

Making his first appearance on “The Pugilist KOrner” is current Featherweight and former Olympian, Mr. Gary Russell Jr. (19-0, 11 KOs). The 23 year old fighter will be discussing his first round knock-out victory over Heriberto Ruiz on HBO’s Boxing After Dark this past weekend, as well as his fast rising career in the Featherweight division.

Also making his debut appearance on the show will be Super Middleweight Contender Dyah Davis (20-2-1, 9 KOs). Dyah is making his first television appearance since defeating Top Rank prospect Marcus Johnson on ShoBox in April of this year. The 30 year old pugilist will be squaring off against Alfonso Lopez (22-1, 17 KOs) on the season premier of ESPN 2’s Friday Night Fights in Key West, Florida, on January 6th.

Co-hosting tonight’s program will be the always entertaining IBF Heavyweight Title Challenger Tony “The Tiger” Thompson. The D.C. based fighter will be discussing his future as well as all of the upcoming big fights this weekend.
