Manny Pacquiao’s L.A. house has been burglarized … law enforcement sources tell TMZ — and we’re told 4 people are under arrest.
Police are on the scene. They are not sure what was taken …. they’re trying to contact Manny.
Manny, we’re told, is out of town.
