Judah, knows fully well what Mayweather Jr. is capable of doing in the ring, as he lost to Mayweather by a 12 round decision five years ago in April 2006 and remembers that loss all too well.

Speaking on his twitter account, Judah said “My boy Floyd Mayweather is look real good. I’m thinking we going to see a knockout early.”

Mayweather isn’t known for being a puncher, but he’s sitting down on his shots more than he used to in the past, and with his speed, he’s capable of hitting Ortiz when he least suspects it and scoring a knockout. Ortiz’s chin isn’t that good, as he was knocked down twice by Marcos Maidana and two times in his last fight against Andre Berto. Ortiz had to get up off the deck to win that fight, and succeeded in dropping Berto twice en route to winning by a 12 round decision in an exciting fight.

Judah was stopped in the 5th round in his last fight last July to WBA Super World light welterweight champion Amir Khan after getting hit low while Khan was pushing down on Judah’s head. The foul wasn’t called and Judah ended up losing the fight by a disappointing stoppage. Judah is hoping that Oscar De La Hoya will come out of retirement briefly to fight him. It sounds like a great fight, but De La Hoya probably doesn’t want none of what Judah has to offer him.
