Sanabria defeats Rocky Juarez

By Eric Thomas: In something of a minor upset, super featherweight Alejandro Sanabria (27-1-1, 21 KO’s) defeated super featherweight fringe contender Rocky Juarez (28-8-1, 20 KO’s) by unanimous decision on Saturday night at the Auditorio Ernesto Rufo, Rosarito, Baja California, Mexico. The final judges’ scores were 116-111, 117-110 and 114-113. For the 30-year-old Juarez, this is his 4th consecutive loss.

I Think Rocky Juarez Now Has To Really Sit Down With His Management Team And Evaluate His Boxing Career Future Cause That’s His 4th-Straight Consecutive Loss Against Another Up And Coming Contender! And I Feel Bad For Him Cause I Really Thought He Was Gonna Be A Great World Champion After Coming Out Of The 2000 Summer Sindney Olympics Winning A Silver Medal And If He Does Continue He’s Gonna Be Turning Into A”Gate Keeper”Journeyman For More Up And Coming Contenders! And I’m Pretty He Doesn’t Wanna Be Doing That At Only 30 Years Old So I Think It’s Really Best For Him To Retire And Open Up A Boxing Gym In His Native Houston,Texas!
