Wladimir being very fair with Haye negotiations

By William Mackay: IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko is trying his utmost to negotiate a fight with the always difficult WBA heavyweight champion David Haye. Wladimir and his brother both have attempted and failed at putting together a fight with Haye in the past despite a lot of work that they both put in trying to get the fights made.
Thesun.co.uk is reporting that Wladimir wants a German doctor in his corner during the fight with Haye, and that Wladimir wants Haye, the fighter with only one title belt compared Wladimir’s two, to enter the ring before Wladimir.
The Ukrainian also wants his name to go first on all advertising. Again, this is perfectly reasonable for Wladimir to ask this, because he’s the much established fighter and has been a world champion long before Haye ever emerged on the scene. You wouldn’t expect Haye, a fighter with only five fights at heavyweight under his belt, to be the one that gets his name before Wladimir and enters the ring last.
It’s Wladimir who is considered the best heavyweight in the division, not Haye. Certainly, Haye is young enough to stick around long after Wladimir retires in the future. The problem with that is that Haye has made a vow to retire this year in October. As such, even if Haye’s knocked out by Wladimir, Haye won’t be able to do much to end his career on a high note. It’s going to be basically Haye getting knocked out and that’ll be pretty much it for him.

Hey kids – Wlad hasn’t pulled out. He is fulfilling his obligation to Chisora, and agreeing to a summer bout against Haye. Haye is refusing to wait, because his retirement date is coming up. You guys are seriously gullible!!
It’ s officla : Wlad is a coward after backing out of the fight with Haye, and this despite agreeing to Wlad’s terms.
I believe the fight is off due to Wlad and his diva like demands,which in my opinion Haye has a right to not give in to these demands as Haye is the big draw and will bring in most of the ppv.
Dont know why Wlads making these demands this will be the biggest fight of his life!!!

the fight not happening isnt hayes or wlads fault this time its both sky and rtl..its all on another boxing website explained to the last detail which is pretty standard but this site wont let me post the name of the other site…and to top it all off i just read a comment on sky with booth lieing again lol its uncanny this guy is makin a tool of himself sky wont swap khans date for april around and dosnt want to show 2 ppv fights in the same month and has opted to show khan 1st which is why the fights bein put on in july…i think booths problem is now that wlad isnt waitin till july for his next fight as hes extremly confident of takin out chisora then fighting haye it means if haye dosnt fight some1 b4 then aswell hes going to look as if hes scared to risk his belt and if he does fight next itll have to be chagaev and theres a decent chance haye cud lose it to him….this time its the tv companys yet booth still lies even tho we all already know wat went down…idiot

Perhaps I wasn’t being clear enough for you to comprehend my meaning, that or you really are German. I obviously meant that there have been occasions where previous fights that have fallen through, due to the Klitchko’s unreasonable contract demands and hidden stipulations.
Oh, and as there are many World title belts floating about nowadays, shouldn’t the so called coward (David Haye) be considered amongst “CHAMPS OF THE WORLD”. LOL!

for the Haye fight are going well and it is just matter of when and where now(haye fight would have been on earlier date but sky did not want the date Klitschko and Haye wanted becuase they have a Khan fight scheduled for that month .
Wladimir’s manager keeps saying no point negotiating !! he is the one stopping the fight

Don’t believe anything coming out of the Haye camp. Booth has become an enabler for the “Hayemaker” by constantly making up fake excuses as to why the fight does not come off. I just think Haye is going to get beaten up. Against Vitali he would get beaten even worse. What people don’t realise in the UK is that Haye is not a massive name in the boxing world yet. We hear about him all the time here but who has he ever fought that you would call a great fighter?

Wladimir has every right in the world to ask for what he has requested. He holds the major belts and he has held the titles longer than the pretender Haye. Wladimir has also fought and beaten tougher opponents than Haye – this is a Fact.

Haye had to move to HW because of the Way he destroyed the CW division title holders that most had defences of. It wasn’t worth staying and fighting challengers when there is big paydays ahead in the HW . haye has a punchers chance of wlad if he can get through the jab.

Don’t tell me that Mormeck and Maca were world class boxers, actually they are well known bums…So, Diva Gey did unify couple of titles, but to say “undisputed”…It’s too far from being the truth.

Solis is having all sorts of problems negotiating with Vitali, by his own admission. Valuev was unable to make a fight happen for many years due to the brothers’ awful negotiating. I don’t know of many fighters who have had an easy time negotiating with the K-brothers.

What the hell does it matter at this point? While I do not know much about David Haye, I think that it is foolish that such trivial b.s. is holding up negotiations. They both act like they don’t care about the money, so split it 50/50. The fight won’t make much money anyway. Hold the fight at a neutral venue, ( Iceland,Japan,Hong Kong) That way there will be no home advantage or excuses. Let the leather fly and good luck to both of them.
Nobody cares who’s name comes first on the bill nor who enters the ring first or last. Haye wanted all the TV money from England (which makes sense as they are paying to watch him and not boring friggin Klitschko) yet he is now splitting it 50/50 like Klitschko wants. Haye wanted the fight in England yet it is now going to take place in Germany as the Klits wanted.
It’s not Haye that is making this difficult people. Get your facts straight. The Klitschko brothers have a legitimate challenge in front of them for the first time since Lennox Lewis and they are clearly scrambling.
