Ariza will be adding swimming to Pacquiao’s training regimen

By Chris Williams: Alex Ariza, the strength and conditioning coach for Manny Pacquiao, plans on having Pacquiao add swimming to his training regimen, according to Ronnie Nathanielsz at www.inquirer.net. Ariza says “I believe there is no better conditioning plan than to hit the pool.” Well, I hope they have a good lifeguard on the scene at all times, because Pacquiao looked like he was floundering in the water like a little sinking ship in his swimming scenes from the HBO Pacquiao-Cotto 24/7 series.
I think Ariza is going to mess Pacquiao up if he ends up swallowing loads of chlorine water and screwing up his training. Pacquiao even admits swallowing water, saying “I swallowed a lot of water.” Oh well, whatever doesn’t kill us makes us stronger, eh?

Manny said he was going on vacation before he’ll fight Floyd.Manny said it in the ring after the Cotto fight.Manny sister runs an gambling ring and Manny was implicated in the murder of a political rival.Manny’s career was coming to an end and he was showing signs of being shopworn until he hired Ariza.Who just so happens had the fountain of youth in a bottle.Manny’s career is doomed once he man’s up and gets tested!!
It must be so difficult for Chris Williams to right anything good for Manny that he just finds all the bad things and puts on this site. Like the good book says, if you haven’t got anything good to say about someone – keep it to yourself!
