David Haye finally comes out barking

By Scott Gilfoid: In a Yutube video at Boxrec, World Boxing Association heavyweight champion David Haye (24-1, 22 Ko’s) came out of his fetal ball finally, saying “My mums’s always said, ‘if you’ve got nothing good to say, don’t say anything at all.’ And I haven’t had anything good to say, so I’ve just sat back and watched the way things are going on. It’s been quite amusing to listen to some of the sh*t that’s been said over the last few weeks and months, but when it comes time to tell the truth, which is gonna happen in a few days, you’ll understand and you’ll realize who really is the b*tch and trust me, it ain’t me.” That sound really cryptic of Haye. I hope he’s not talking about his proposed fight with Audley Harrison.

Hayer represents stupidity at it’s finesrt. however there are some that are running a close second. They actually believe that Haye has some sort of genious plan that he is patiently waiting to spring on the boxing world. It is so darn funny and entertaining…….I know it’s wrong to laugh at stupid people but when they jump up and grandstand, how can you help it.

david is not the heavyweight champion…vladimir is. he is the ring champion and the linear champion. valuev was considered a bit of a joke with a paper title he kept by getting rigged decisions and fighting b level heavyweights. david is no more the heavyweight champion than eddie chambers. he has just inherited valuevs mantle as the heavyweights reigning joke.
shut up shut up meg…dribble like yours is getting pitiful…haye is afraid. he has fought 7 fights in 5 years…and its no accident he picks fighters in their late 30s…no one has ever had a problem with a k bro contract except valuev and haye…just look at their records…neither of them likes to fight legitimate contenders…..valuev has fought three, as far as i can count, legitimate top 10 heavies, and lost to all 3…david has fought one…so if he doesnt like the k brothers…why not fight someone else in the top 10….somone still in their prime…any of those guys would jump at the chance to get a title without having to face a k brother…and they would probably do it for almost nothing.
I’m fan of the BOXING, not a fan of the TALKING…If you love senseless talking, watch news or pink reality shows or mtv. But if you love BOXING, you have respect the REAL CHAMPIONS which achieved all goals in the proffesional sport (like Klichko bros, or Paqiao), AND you have to hate cheaptalkers like that English Queen hay. I think were guna hear that a failed negotiation with a Klitchko happend and once again it wasnt Haye not wanting the fight it was some more crazy demands by the Klitchkos like 17 rematch clauses and too big a cut of the money.
Going off the Mayweather argument, Haye is a bigger PPV pull than either Klitchko brothers, whose fights struggle to be shown in America let alone pull in decent figures.
All sounds like a bucket of WIND to me stop the hype and get on with the actual job of fighting someone worthy Mr Haye.
True, D. Haye is back in the news babbling his usual twaddle on what a great guy he is and so on. But fans may ask when is this talkative now and then pugilist going to come around and be ready to fight in a box ring? Talk is cheap and this pretty much sums up D. Haye`s activities for a while now, mostly disingenuous chinwag with highly ambiguous stage management trying to cover for a guy trying to avoid fighting, especially a ring confrontation with a Klitschko. How times change.

Fan, the only thing Haye brought to HW division is a basket of negative emotions. If you find it enjoable – OK, your choice. But for sure it is not what he had been supposed to bring… The hell, how a guy fighting once a year against bums can be enjoable?

and… if there rly was something wrong with 50-50 no options contract (mb Klits were lying …who knows), why he hadnt said anything earlier!?!?!? In my opinion actions speak louder than words. Haye had his chance to make the fights with the Klitschko brothers happen, but to no avail he decided to stay quiet up until the point that there is no chance that he’s going to fight them b/c they are now signed on to fight other fighters. Haye is all bark and no bite.
Haye keeps on getting the attention on here from Yanks! They say they hate him, but why follow him and comment on every ‘article’ on here? I couldn’t be bothered so why are they? (jealousy)

Haye is very very popular in England. He has charisma and he is a good looking boy. Its all part of his appeal. Not my type personally (lol) but he can talk the talk and so far has walked the walk.
Watch him fill the o2 then tell me he is unpopular.

Anything less than Shannon Briggs (or Samuel Peter) taking off a mask, revealing himself to be Haye underneath, will mean Haye backed out. Haven’t heard from Chagaev for a while – surprise announcement? A fight with Harrison would be a joke, but I would give him SOME credit for fighting the tough Uzbeki. Would love to see Ruslan knock him out.

I originally like Haye and thought once he went into H/W he would have cleaned up. I would love it, if he did fight Harrison and lost but I can’t see that happen. We will have to see what his “BIG” news is.
