Brook hoping to get title shot after he beats Jennings on September 18th

Sheffield hot-shot Kell Brook believes he can become a world champion by the end of the year.

The unbeaten 24-year-old faces big domestic rival Michael Jennings in a WBO welterweight world title eliminator on Frank Warren’s huge ‘Magnificent Seven’ show on September 18 at the LG Arena, Birmingham, live on Sky Box Office.

The belt is currently held by the world’s best pound-for-pound fighter Manny Pacquiao, but Brook believes the Filipino is likely to vacate.

And if he does, the Yorkshireman could be in pole-position to capitalize.

“When I beat Jennings, I should be next in line to fight for the WBO belt,” said Brook.

“And if Pacquiao does give it up, I’d like to think that I could get a shot by Christmas.

“I’m fresh and hungry at the moment and I want to fight as much as possible.

“I don’t care who Frank Warren puts in front of me, I will knock them out.”

Tickets for the Magnificent Seven are priced at £40, £50, £80, £150 and £200 and are available from:
